Dorada a la sal

Ingredients

  • Doradas whole, cleaned inside
  • 1 kilo Coarse salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC

  2. Rinse and dry fish

  3. Put a layer of salt on the bottom of the pan

  4. Lay fish on top

  5. Cover fish with the rest

  6. Sprinkle with a few drops of water

  7. Cook 20 minutes
