Cranberry Relish

The hot pink color of this relish may scare off some tasters but the brave will be rewarded. Awesome on turkey sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbl. grated horseradish

Directions

  1. Grind cranberries and onion together in food processor. Mix remaining ingredients with cranberries and freeze.

  2. Remove from freezer to refrigerator in the morning to thaw.
