Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, (or 1 bag fresh ground cranberries and 2 c. sugar & let sit several hours
  • 3 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 c. diced apple
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbl heavy cream
  • 2 Tbl mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Stir jello and boining water. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple and chill.

  2. Add celery and apple and pour into jello mold. Chill.

  3. Shortly before serving, mix together cream cheese, heavy cream, and mayonnaise.

  4. Unmold jello and top with cream cheese mixture.
