Portobellos

Ingredients

  • 4 large caps, stems sliced lengthwise
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • 1 tlb dried herbs

Directions

  1. Score mushrooms and marinate 10 nimutes, turnining occassionally

  2. Bake 5-7 minutes at 350 or grill.
