Sausage kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. brown and serve frozen sausage
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 green peppers, cut in 1" squares
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbl soy suace
  • 2 tbl worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbl oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Cut sausages in thirds.

  2. Reserve 1/2 c. pineapple juice. Combine with marinade ingredients. Marinate sausage and water chestnuts at least 6 hours.

  3. Drain and alternate with pineapple and green peppers on skewers. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes.
