Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 Package Taco Seasoning
  • 3 Beaten Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 TBLS. Salsa
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • Slice Hot Peppers(Optional)
  • Sour Cream (1 TBSP per wedge)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven 350*

  2. Spray a 9" Pie Pan with a non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Brown and drain Hamburger.

  4. Add Taco seasoning packet to Hamburger. Mix well.

  5. Add Hamburger mix to bottom of Pie Pan.

  6. Beat Salsa with Eggs and pour over Hamburger.

  7. Add Onion and Hot Peppers.

  8. Top with Cheddar Cheese.

  9. Bake 350* for 20-30 minutes until egg is set.

  10. Slide onto a plate and cut into 6 wedges.

  11. Place a spoonful of Sour Cream on each wedge and ENJOY!
