Ingredients

  • # 1 8-ounce carton low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • # 3 cups fresh peach slices
  • # 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • # 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • # 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar. Blend until almost smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and continue to blend until smooth. To chill, blend in 1 cup of ice. Serve immediately.
