  • 1 pound raw medium shrimp, shells on (36-40)
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 6 ounces dried vermicelli noodles
  • 3/4 cup nonfat or light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons light stick margarine-divided
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces fresh whole baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (green & white)
