Souped Up Rice

  • 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • instant rice
  • water


  1. Open soup and empty contents into a microwave safe casserole dish that has a lid.

  2. Fill the empty soup can with uncooked, instant rice. Pour the rice into the soup mixture.

  3. Fill the empty soup can to the top with cold water. Pour the water into the soup and rice mixture.

  4. Mix all ingredients together, cover the dish with the lid.

  5. Microwave for 6 minutes.

  6. Stir and let stand a few minutes before serving.
