Broiled Flounder with Veggies

Ingredients

  • Flounder Fillets
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place fish and vegetables in broiler dish

  2. Sprinkle basil, thyme, rosemary, and pepper over fish

  3. Pour lemon juice over ingredients

  4. Broil 10 – 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily
