våfflor-waffles

yum. i make them with whole wheat flour (the light swedish kind), and I think they are best on the “5” heat setting. good for 2 for dinner. (with sylt and wipped cream of course). maybe start with grapefruit?

Ingredients

  • 100g butter melted and cooled
  • 4dl wheat flour (i use whole wheat)
  • .5 tsp salt
  • 5 dl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. add half of milk

  3. add other wet ingredients

  4. 1 waffle = .75-1 dl of batter

  5. top with whipped cream, drottning sylt and lingon sylt!
