pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs margarine or butter
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Grease a griddle and start heating it.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix all the wet ingredients.

  4. Stir the wet mix into the dry mix (quickly so as to avoid lumps).

  5. pour them on the gridle as pancakes and then turn over when they get bublely on top.
