mom’s hamentaschen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • between 2-1/2 to 3 c flour
  • filling

Directions

  1. Cream together margarine andsugar

  2. Add egg and cream till smoothish

  3. Add water vanilla and mix

  4. Add between 2-1/2 to 3 c flour till the dough forms a ball refrigerate at least two hours

  5. roll, cut, fill, fold, bake on pammed sheet 10 minutes at 350F
