Basic Sweet Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Basic Bulgur
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Milk
  • Sugar or Honey

Directions

  1. Heat Cooked bulgur in water.

  2. Serve hot with milk and sweeten to taste.

  3. Makes a chewy breakfast cereal.

  4. Add dried fruit for additional flavor and nutrition.

  5. Brown sugar or maple syrup may also be used for sweetening.
