Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 6 ounces pork sausage
  • 12 inch pizza shell
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon butter in small saucepan.

  2. Add flour; cook 1 minute.

  3. Stir in milk and cook until mixture boils and thickens.

  4. Cool.

  5. Heat remaining butter in small skillet; add eggs.

  6. Cook and stir eggs until soft scrambled, cool.

  7. Cook bacon and sausage until crisp.

  8. Drain.

  9. Crumble.

  10. Combine cooled milk sauce with eggs.

  11. Spoon into pizza shell.

  12. Top with bacon, sausage and cheeses.

  13. Bake at 400 degrees 20-30 minutes.
