Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup raw oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons walnut bits
  • 1/4 cup soaked whole wheat kernels (overnight and drained)
  • 1 ounces raisins
  • 6 apple slices
  • 4 to 6 prunes, sliced
  • 6 grapes, sliced
  • 6 banana sliced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts, and wheat kernels.

  2. Layer grain mixture with fruit and yogurt parfait style.
