Butterscotch Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup butter (melted)
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup butterscotch chips
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees°F.

  2. Butter an 8×8 pan.

  3. Mix melted butter with brown sugar – beat until smooth.

  4. Beat in egg and then vanilla.

  5. Add salt, stir in flour.

  6. Add butterscotch chips – stir together.

  7. Pour into prepared pan.

  8. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until set in the middle.

  9. Cool on rack before cutting them.
