Rosy Buttermilk Salad Dressing

20 June 2009 - *I only put in one clove of garlic - I didn’t want it to be too heavy. It was good, but thick.

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (Reduced fat iss OK)
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbs buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbs ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic,* minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot Paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or jar, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir or whisk well to combine. Cover and chill the dressing until you are ready to use it. Let stand at room temperature before mixing again and serving.

  2. This dressing will keep up to 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  3. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
