Santa Fe Soup (Chili)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 1 can dark red beans
  • 1 can white corn (drained)
  • 2 pkgs dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 pks taco seasoning
  • 1 can Diced/stewed/halved tomatoes (your choice)
  • 1 large can tomato paste

Directions

  1. brown ground beef. Drain.

  2. Mix in 1pkg ranch dressing, 1 pkg taco seasoning, and a small amount of water (enough to mix it well, not enough to make it soupy)

  3. Pour all beans (with juices), corn (drained), tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 pkg ranch, 1 pkg taco seasoning in crockpot. Mix well.

  4. Add beef and stir.

  5. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
