Hard-Cooked Eggs – Baked

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 dozen large eggs
  • baking sheet
  • large mixing bowl
  • oven proof gloves

Directions

  1. place oven racks in the center of the oven

  2. place eggs on racks

  3. place baking sheet on bottom of oven (in case an egg breaks)

  4. set oven to 325

  5. bake 30 minutes

  6. fill large bowl with ice water

  7. when eggs are done, move eggs to bowl

  8. peel eggs as soon as they are cool enough to handle

  9. return to ice water to cool.
