Barley’s Ale House Turkey Nut Burgers

Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. Ground turkey
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Herb mix (equal parts thyme, basil, and oregano)
  • 5 Tbsp. Salt and pepper, equal parts
  • Pecans to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into 6 oz. Patties.

  2. Heat in skillet or grill over medium heat.

  3. You may also press pecans into the meat.
