Skinny Caramel Espresso

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. of espresso (or just make double-strength coffee)
  • 12 oz. low-fat milk
  • 4 Tbsp Smuckers sugar-free caramel topping
  • 8 Equal packets (or your equivalent sugar substitute)

Directions

  1. Heat milk for approximately 4 minutes in microwave-safe container (Pyrex measuring cup is perfect)

  2. In 2 large coffee mugs, half fill with espresso, add sweetener.

  3. Once milk is steaming hot (not boiling), dissolve caramel topping into milk.

  4. Divide the milk between the 2 mugs
