Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • • 1 quart water
  • • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • • Add 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
  • • 5 large potatoes-peeled and cubed; until tender
  • • 1 large carrot, grated
  • • Add 1/2 qt. half and half
  • • 1/4 cup plus 2 TBS flour
  • • 1 cube butter

Directions

  1. In large pan, on med-high heat on stovetop combine water, chicken bouillion, onion, potatoes, carrot, and half & half.

  2. In a saucepan combine flour and butter. Add to soup.

  3. Add in about 1 cup grated cheese at the end.
