Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pound beef stew meat
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 C water
  • 16 oz. sour cream

Directions

  1. Put beef, soup, onion, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, and water in slow cooker

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours

  3. When ready to serve, stir in sour cream

  4. Serve over noodles, rice, or couscous
