Roasted Garlic Herb Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz. can chickpeas
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tsp. salt-free garlic and herb seasoning blend

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Pour chickpeas into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Pat dry and place in zip-lock bag. Spray chickpeas generously with nonstick spray; seal bag and toss to coat the chickpeas evenly. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. Roast 40-50 minutes or until chickpeas are brown and crisp, stirring every 10 minutes. Transfer the hot chickpeas to a medium bowl and immediately toss with salt-free garlic and herb seasoning blend.
