Cheesy Egg Bake – BE

Ingredients

  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cubed sharp cheddar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9×9-inch baking pan with vegetable spray and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Whisk in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, milk, and cottage cheese. Stir in cubed cheeses. Pour into greased 9×9 inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed, golden and set. Makes eight servings
