Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

Cream butter and sugars, beating until fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with pumpkin.

Stir in chips.

Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 17-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
