Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cups flour
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted

In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until crumbly.
