Cinnamon Toast Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups (about 1 pounds pecan halves)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250

  2. Stir together first 5 ingredients.

  3. Add pecans, tossing to coat. Spread coated nuts in a single layer on a large jellyroll pan.

  4. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.

  5. Let cool; store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
