Basil Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, fresh, shredded


  1. Combine butter and leaves.

  2. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

  3. Use on vegetables, chicken or fish. You can also use to cook scrambled eggs.
