Sage Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup minced sage leaves


  1. Cream together butter and sage leaves.

  2. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

  3. wonderful on seafood, chicken, fresh green beans or hot biscuits.
