(from cokerlj’s recipe box)

So good you will not ever make from “scratch” again. You can customize this by using any brand of spaghetti sauce or any flavor.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce package Lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound cooked ground beef
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounce package mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1 32 ounce jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (I prefer Prego meat/mushroom flavor.)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Brown beef, drain.

  3. TIP: Use extra onions, salt, garlic salt during the browning process, I think it makes it more homemade.

  4. Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Drain.

  5. Arrange in shallow 3 quart baking dish, alternating layers of cooked noodles, meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Ragu spaghetti sauce and grated cheese.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
