Faux Champagne Punch

This is easy and I use this often because it is so good…it is also easy to add to when you need more. Tip: Save one of your ginger ale bottles to pour any left over punch in for the next day.

Ingredients

  • 2 liter bottle ginger ale (I use sugar free ginger ale to cut back on sugar.)
  • 1 large frozen concentrated apple juice thawed

Directions

  1. Mix together well in your punch bowl. Tip: As you run out you can just add more apple juice and ginger ale accordingly…can’t get much easier than that.

  2. Tip: To achieve a “pink” champagne punch, I make an ice ring using cranberry juice…I freeze it in my bundt pan! As it melts the punch turns pink and adds another dimension to the flavor
