Apple Spice Custard Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package Spice cake mix
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, finely chopped (about 2 cups)

  • PART 2:
  • 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon juice
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples.

  3. Pour into well greased and floured 13×9×2 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.

  4. PART 2: Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven; spread cream mixture over top. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer or until set.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  6. Cool, refrigerate leftovers.
