Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250 g low fat natural yoghurt with live cultures
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 heaped teaspoon ground flaxseed (linseed)
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ice to blend (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a high good high speed blender like a VitaMix.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy.
