Ingredients

  • 1. 1 cup + 2 T flour
  • 2.1 T Sugar
  • 3.1 t baking powder
  • 4. 1 t baking soda
  • 5. 1/4 t salt
  • 6. 1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt
  • 7. 1 egg
  • 8. 1 T margarine, melted and cooled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425*

  2. Spray baking sheet.

  3. Combine flour,sugar,baking soda and powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, egg and margarine.

  4. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until just blended.

  5. Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin.

  6. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

  7. With a sharp knife cut into 12 wedges.

  8. Place on baking sheet.

  9. Reduce baking temperature to 400*, bake until golden,12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack(10)
