Taco Seasoning I

Recipe shows reduced both peppers and chili powder by half to cut spiciness

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.

  2. It will be enough for 1 lb of ground beef (browned and drained)…just mix in a bowl and add 2/3 cup of water to your pan and dump mix in. Simmer for about 12 min or so.
