Quick Coleslaw

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 head savoy cabbage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Fold in the sliced cabbage, carrots and scallions and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
