Marinated Portabella Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 large portabella caps
  • white cheese of choice

Directions

  1. Marinate caps overnight (upside down) after removing fins.

  2. eheat oven to 400.

  3. Bake caps upside down in covered baking dish for 25 minutes.

  4. Flip caps and bake 8 more minutes.

  5. Top with cheese and broil until melty.
