Ramekin Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • Favorite cheesecake recipe
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place crushed graham cracker crumbs in bowl; add melted butter. With your fingers, mix thoroughly.

  3. Butter the inside of each ramekin. Dust with granulated sugar, tapping the ramekin to remove the excess.

  4. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of your favorite topping into each ramekin or place graham cracker crust in bottom. Try lemon curd, fruit compote, chocolate or caramel. Spread the topping over the bottom of each ramekin.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to chill completely before serving.
