Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a quick, easy soup to make if you have leftover chicken or you can cook up 1 pound of chicken breasts.

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 C. milk
  • 2 C. cubed cooked chicken
  • 8 oz. al dente egg noodles

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and celery and cook until tender.

  2. Stir soup and milk into pan; heat to a boil. Add chicken and noodles. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir for 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.
