  1. Soak k.paruppu for atleast 2hrs & drain water completely.

  2. Coarse grind it with red chillies, 2spn jeera, perungaayam, ginger,garlic(opt).

  3. Mix it with coriander leaves, onion, green chillies,curry leaves.

  4. Deep fry in oil.
