Baked Spinach Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Baby Spinach
  • Herbs of your choosing (basil, lemon pepper, Mrs Dash seasonings, etc.)

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with PARCHMENT PAPER (it will stick if you don’t). Place spinach leaves in a single layer and sprinkle with your seasonings. Bake for approx. 7 minutes – keep an eye on them – till they are crispy and thin. Gently peel leaves from parchment paper. Enjoy!
