Stir-Fry Vegetables & Rice

Ingredients

  • Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables (check to make sure the package contains the vegetables that are on the plan. Many will have carrots or snow peas and you can use those packages, but push those other vegetables aside and don’t eat them.)
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice (I like to use the Bird’s Eye brand SteamFresh Whole Grain Brown Rice. You can pop it in the microwave for a few minutes and it’s done.)
  • Chopped Onion (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp Kraft Light Asian Sesame dressing
  • Minced Garlic, to taste
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Stir fry your vegetables according to the package directions, adding in onion, garlic and spices.

  2. While vegetables are cooking, prepare rice.

  3. Stir rice and dressing into vegetables.

  4. You can also add cooked chicken or steak to this as well.
