Lemon Dill Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (fresh or thawed, I chose to use the frozen kind that has no seasonings/marinades added.)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or less-enough just to moisten each side of fish)
  • Sea Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Dill Weed

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. Pour 2 tbsp olive oil, or less, into baking dish. Dip each side of fish into olive oil then sprinkle with all seasonings.

  3. Bake at 375, 8-10 minutes or until flaky.
