Body FX Pudding

Ingredients

  • Sugar-free unflavored yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Body FX, any flavor - 1 scoop
  • Stevia (or 2nd choice Splenda) to taste
  • (Note: Vanilla Body FX is a good coffee creamer and also sweetens.)

Directions

  1. Take a 1/2 cup sugar-free plain yogurt and add 1 scoop Body

  2. FX any flavor.

  3. Add Stevia (or 2nd choice Splenda) to taste.
