Beanless Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of lean, ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 8 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. of chili seasoning mix

Directions

  1. Season and brown lean ground beef.

  2. Strain well to remove extra fat.

  3. Mix onion, and bell pepper, then add stewed

  4. tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili mix.

  5. Simmer on low-medium temperature for approximately 10 minutes and enjoy!
