Broccoli Cole Slaw

modified from original recipe to replace 2 tbsp greek yogurt for 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp low fat yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli stems
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Dill seasoning
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • Stevia –optional (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Grate broccoli stems in food processor,

  2. mix with the rest of the ingredients and chill.

  3. (This is really delicious, better than Cole Slaw!)
