Grandma Ann’s Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (let sit out for 30 min to reach room temp)
  • 16 oz can of crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1/3 cup minced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans and 1 cup of crushed pecans, seperated

Directions

  1. Mix all except 1 cup of pecans well

  2. Roll to form a ball

  3. Spread remaining 1 cup of pecans on a large sheet of plastic wrap

  4. Place formed ball onto pecans and roll to coat.

  5. Wrap plastic wrap with pecans around ball and place on a plate in fridge overnight to set

  6. Serve with crackers
