Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tblsp all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can whole kernal corn
  • 1 can cream style corn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl combine sugar and flour, whisk in eggs, milk and butter

  3. Add salt and pepper and both cans of corn

  4. Pour into greased 2 qt baking dish

  5. Bake uncovered 45-50 min until knife inserted comes out clean
